I own and operate Ahrens Z-Car Specialist Repair and Service Center. We are specialists for Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Acura, and Infiniti products. We've been in business since 1982 serving Alachua County. We are BETTER because we are DIFFERENT. We dont' try to be all things to all people. Instead we focus on serving a few makes and models of car and trucks in a manner that results in dramatically improved service and repair.
That's why we invest in recruiting of ONLY those individuals that have Factory Training AND a Certification from The National Intitute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). In addition, we are members of the Better Business Bureau(BBB) and the Automobile Association of America (AAA).
But that is only half the message. The way we service our Clients is just as important...if not more so. For example, we'll come and pick up your vehicle from your place of work or home and then return it to you...making it painless. We ALWAYS give you a written quote and we complete the work for the price quoted more than 97% of the time...there are occasions when something else is found. You set the appointment...we don't tell you when...you tell us when you want the work done.
We have serviced more than 3,100 cars and trucks since we opened our doors in 1982. Starting as a one person shop - we now have nearly a dozen team members, each with specific specialties to service the Nissan, Toyota, and Infiniti products.
